Project Stage 01: Custom Cabinetry
We collaborate closely with you throughout the process to develop highly customized, functional designs that not only reflect your unique style but also meet your specific needs, optimize the flow of the space, and enhance its overall aesthetic and functionality.
Initial Meeting
Design Concept
Initial deposit payment. This is due upon scheduling the design appointment. This is our 90 minute (Interior Design, separate from Kitchen Design) consultation fee of $250.00. Here we discuss the clients needs, preferences, and the scope of the project.
Phase A1
Project Commencement
- After the design contract is accepted and the deposit is processed, we will then do a site visit to take measurements of the space.
- We develop mood boards, sketches, and preliminary direction and layout possibilities for your space.
- Material and Finish Selections – options for materials, finishes, hardware and any customization.
- Pricing Estimate – provide an initial price estimate for the cabinetry.
Phase A2
Concept Development
- Final Design Presentation – Present the finalized design, including any revisions based on feedback.
- Renderings – Elevations / 3D Modeling
- Estimate Finalization and Contract Signing
Phase A3
Order & Manufacturing
- Order Placement – Once contract is signed and deposit is made we will then place the order for materials and begin manufacturing cabinetry.
- Lead Time Management – Keep clients updated on lead times.
- Quality Control – Ensure that the cabinets are built to the design specifications and quality standards.
Phase A4
Delivery & Installation
- Delivery Coordination – Once cabinetry is ready, coordinate delivery to client home.
- Installation – Schedule installation date for our team.
- Final Inspection – Inspect the finished product to ensure everything meets the client's expections.
- Final Payment and Closeout.
