Project Stage 01: Interior Design
Phase 1
Project Commencement
After the initial meeting, the project commencement phase begins, where dwg files are sent from architect or draftsman. Our team will also visit the property to take detailed measurements and access the existing conditions. This crucial step ensures our designs perfectly align with the realities of the space.
Phase 2
Concept Development
We develop mood boards, sketches, and preliminary layouts, providing a visual representation of the aesthetic direction and layout possibilities for your space.
Phase 3
Design Development
After approving the concepts, we dive deeper into the details. This phase involves finalizing layouts, choosing materials, and fixtures and rendering more detailed visuals.
Phase 4
Documentation
We compile comprehensive design documents for construction. These include detailed drawings, finish schedules and other details necessary for contractors to accurately bid and build the project. You will receive a digital copy of your binder, as well as a hard copy for the construction site.
Project Stage 02: Construction
Phase 5
Construction
Construction begins. We work with contractors, making regular site visits to ensure the work aligns with our design intent and maintaining quality control. Please note: we do not manage trades. This will be charged as an hourly fee.
Phase 6
Install
We manage the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Every piece is meticulously placed according to the design plan to ensure your space looks and functions as intended. This will be charged by the day for designers, stagers and subs.
Phase 7
Project Completion
The final phase is project completion, where we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect. We help get any defects rectified then hand over your transformed space for you to enjoy. This will be charged by the hour.
